Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.
PJM Markets means the PJM Interchange Energy and capacity markets, including the RPM auctions, together with all bilateral or other wholesale electric power and energy transactions, capacity transactions, ancillary services transactions (including black start service), transmission transactions and any other market operated under the PJM Tariff or Operating Agreement within the PJM Region, wherein Market Participants may incur Obligations to PJMSettlement.
Large group market means the health insurance market under which individuals obtain health
Markets means the stock exchanges and regulated markets set out in Appendix I;
Direct Market Access or “DMA” means an arrangement among a Sponsoring Broker, its Customer and BSEF that allows one or more representatives of that Customer to have Trading Access using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker.

Approved Market means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange.
OTC Markets means either OTC QX or OTC QB of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.
liquid market means a market for a financial instrument or a class of financial instruments, where there are ready and willing buyers and sellers on a continuous basis, assessed in accordance with the following criteria, taking into consideration the specific market structures of the particular financial instrument or of the particular class of financial instruments:

Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Outside North America For holders located outside North America, present the certificates(s) and/or document(s) that require a guarantee to a local financial institution that has a corresponding Canadian or American affiliate which is a member of an acceptable Medallion Signature Guarantee Program. The corresponding affiliate will arrange for the signature to be over-guaranteed. The signature(s) of the transferor(s) must correspond with the name(s) as written upon the face of this certificate(s), in every particular, without alteration or enlargement, or any change whatsoever. The signature(s) on this form must be guaranteed by an authorized officer of Royal Bank of Canada, Scotia Bank or TD Canada Trust whose sample signature(s) are on file with the transfer agent, or by a member of an acceptable Medallion Signature Guarantee Program (STAMP, SEMP, NYSE, MSP). Notarized or witnessed signatures are not acceptable as guaranteed signatures. The Guarantor must affix a stamp bearing the actual words: “SIGNATURE GUARANTEED”, “MEDALLION GUARANTEED” OR “SIGNATURE & AUTHORITY TO SIGN GUARANTEE”, all in accordance with the transfer agent’s then current guidelines and requirements at the time of transfer. For corporate holders, corporate signing resolutions, including certificate of incumbency, will also be required to accompany the transfer unless there is a “SIGNATURE & AUTHORITY TO SIGN GUARANTEE” Stamp affixed to the Form of Transfer obtained from an authorized officer of the Royal Bank of Canada, Scotia Bank or TD Canada Trust or a “MEDALLION GUARANTEED” Stamp affixed to the Form of Transfer, with the correct prefix covering the face value of the certificate.
Direct Marketing ’ means to approach a data subject, either in person or by mail or electronic communication, for the direct or indirect purpose of—
online marketplace means a service using software, including a website, part of a website or an application, operated by or on behalf of a trader which allows consumers to conclude distance contracts with other traders or consumers;
NYSE American means the NYSE American LLC;
Secondary Systems means control or power circuits that operate below 600 volts, AC or DC, including, but not limited to, any hardware, control or protective devices, cables, conductors, electric raceways, secondary equipment panels, transducers, batteries, chargers, and voltage and current transformers.
Regulated Market means any regulated market (as defined in Directive 2004/39/EC on markets in financial instruments).
North America means the United States, Canada and Mexico.
securities dealer means a person or entity that is authorized under provincial legislation to engage in the business of dealing in securities or any other financial instruments or to provide portfolio management or investment advising services.
Qualified Marketmaker means an entity that holds itself out to the public or applicable private markets as standing ready in the ordinary course of business to purchase from customers and sell to customers claims against the Company, in its capacity as a dealer or market maker in claims against the Company.
CBOT means The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc.
Financial Markets means international financial markets in which currency and other financial assets exchange rates are determined in multi-party trade.
COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.
Spot Market means a commodity market in which commodities are sold for cash and promptly delivered when the transaction is settled, and other non-financial markets, such as forward markets for commodities;
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.
Spot Market Energy means energy bought or sold by Market Participants through the PJM Interchange Energy Market at System Energy Prices determined as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.
