Inclusionary Housing Ordinance definition

Inclusionary Housing Ordinance or "IHO" means the City of San José Inclusionary Housing Ordinance as set forth in Chapter 5.08 of Title 5 of the San José Municipal Code, adopted by Ordinance No. , dated 2021, a copy of which is attached hereto at Exhibit .
