Inclusionary Housing Unit means a Residential Rental Dwelling Unit at the Property that complies with the Affordability Requirements.

More Definitions of Inclusionary Housing Unit

Inclusionary Housing Unit means a dwelling which is built under the provisions of this chapter, and which meets the city’s affordable housing standards.
Inclusionary Housing Unit means a self contained dwelling restricted to a maximum size of 80 (eighty) square metres, which consists of at least a kitchen, toilet, shower, bedroom and living area with a total extent of not less than 30 (thirty) square metres which will be reserved for occupation and/or ownership by persons of a restricted income, as adjusted from time to time by the TONGAAT HULETT DEVELOPMENTS and/or the Local Authority;
