Income Distribution Period definition

Income Distribution Period in relation to a Trust means each Financial Year of the Trust or any series of periods during the Financial Year of a Trust specified in the Supplementary Terms, provided that the first of such periods in a Financial Year commences on (and includes) the first day of the Financial Year and the last of such periods in a Financial Year ends on (and includes) the last day of the Financial Year.
Income Distribution Period in relation to a Fund means each Financial Year of the Fund or any series of periods during the Financial Year of a Fund specified in writing by the Manager to the Trustee prior to the first issue of Bonds by the Trustee as trustee of the Fund provided the first of such periods in a Financial Year commences on (and includes) the first day of the Financial Year and the last of such periods in a Financial Year ends on (and includes) the last day of the Financial Year.
Income Distribution Period means the period beginning on the date of commencement of the Scheme and ending on the first Income Distribution Date and thereafter, the period which begins on the day after the preceding Income Distribution Date to the next occurring Income Distribution Date except that the last Income Distribution Period is the period commencing on the day after the preceding Income Distribution Date and ending on the date of final distribution on winding up of the Scheme.
