Each of the U.K. Company and the ANZ Australian Affiliate, by its acceptance of any Income Entitlements, agrees that it will look solely to such cash to the extent it is legally available for the payment to it of each Income Entitlement as herein provided and that neither the Distribution Trustees nor the Administrators are personally liable to it for any amount paid or payable in respect of the Income Entitlements or for any other liability in respect of the Income Entitlements.
The Income Entitlement determined in respect of a Participant must as soon as practicable after its determination be credited to that Participant’s Participants Account.
