Income Entitlement definition

Income Entitlement means the amount calculated in respect of a Participant pursuant to Clause 7.7.2.
Income Entitlement means an entitlement to the Distributable Income of a Member or Former Member in respect of a Unit calculated in accordance with clause 15. For the removal of doubt, the Income Entitlement of a Former Member in relation to an Income Distribution Period is as calculated in accordance with clause 8.16.
Income Entitlement means an entitlement to the Distributable Income of a Unit Holder or Former Unit Holder in respect of a Unit calculated in accordance with clause 6 of this Schedule 2.

  • Each of the U.K. Company and the ANZ Australian Affiliate, by its acceptance of any Income Entitlements, agrees that it will look solely to such cash to the extent it is legally available for the payment to it of each Income Entitlement as herein provided and that neither the Distribution Trustees nor the Administrators are personally liable to it for any amount paid or payable in respect of the Income Entitlements or for any other liability in respect of the Income Entitlements.

  • M2M Entitlement means a Non-Monitoring RTO’s share of a M2M Flowgate’s total capability to be used for settlement purposes that is calculated pursuant to Section 6 of Schedule D to this Agreement.

Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Security Instrument or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Earnings Account means, in relation to a Ship, an account in the name of the Owner owning that Ship with the Agent in Hamburg designated “[name of relevant Owner]—Earnings Account” or any other account (with that or another office of the Agent) which replaces such account and is designated by the Agent as that Earnings Account for the purposes of this Agreement and, in the plural, means all of them;
