Income Entitlement definition

Income Entitlement means the amount calculated in respect of a Participant pursuant to Clause 7.7.2.
Income Entitlement means an entitlement to the Distributable Income of a Member or Former Member in respect of a Unit calculated in accordance with clause 15. For the removal of doubt, the Income Entitlement of a Former Member in relation to an Income Distribution Period is as calculated in accordance with clause 8.16.
Income Entitlement means an entitlement to the Distributable Income of a Unit Holder or Former Unit Holder in respect of a Unit calculated in accordance with clause 6 of this Schedule 2.

  • Immediately prior to the redemption of the Unit the Trustee is to distribute to the Unitholder the Accrued Income Entitlement in respect of the Unit.

  • Earnings Account means, in relation to a Ship, an account in the name of the Borrower owning that Ship with the Account Bank designated as the Earnings Account for that Ship, or any other account (with the Account Bank or the Agent or with another bank or financial institution acceptable to the Majority Lenders) for the purpose of receiving all charter hire and other amounts paid under the relevant Time Charter;
