Incomplete Form definition

Incomplete Form means the Application Form which is wrongly filled in, gives incomplete/wrong/false information, not attested by the prescribed authority, not accompanied by the requisite late fee in full (if applicable) or deficient in respect of one or more requisite certificate(s)/documents(s).
Incomplete Form means the Application Form gives incomplete/wrong information, and/or is accompanied by photo-graph(s)/photo copy of the document/certificate not attested by the Competent Authority mentioned in clause 2.4(a) or is deficient in respect of one or more requisite certificate(s)/document(s) and/or not signed at the proper places by the candidate himself/herself.
Incomplete Form means the Application Form giving incomplete/wrong information, and/or is not accompanied by photograph/signature or is deficient in respect of one or more requisite information and/or not signed at the proper places by the candidate himself/herself.

Examples of Incomplete Form in a sentence

  • Incompletes are only accepted if an Incomplete Form has been submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the instructor by the time semester grades are submitted.

  • The instructor must agree to the Incomplete and complete the Incomplete Form.

  • The Instructor completes the “Course Incomplete Form – Request by Instructor” (available online or in the Graduate School Office, Third Floor, St. Joseph Hall) and submits it to the Graduate Studies Office.

  • A professor cannot give a grade of “incomplete” without an Incomplete Form completed and given to the professor, student, and academic dean.

  • The adoption of these recommendations did not have any material effect on the Company’s consolidated financial statements.

Related to Incomplete Form

  • Incomplete vehicle means any vehicle which must undergo at least one further stage of completion in order to meet the relevant technical requirements of this Directive;

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.

  • Database application form means the application form required by the Hibiscus Coast Municipality to be filled in by the successful tenderer, following the award of the contract, for inclusion on the HCM database before payment is made.

  • Claim Form or “Proof of Claim Form” means the form, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit A, that a Claimant or Settlement Class Member must complete and submit should that Claimant or Settlement Class Member seek to share in a distribution of the Net Settlement Fund.

  • Completion Statement has the meaning set out in clause 6.1;

  • untrue statement means any untrue statement or alleged untrue statement, or any omission or alleged omission to state in the Registration Statement a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.
