The amount of any Indebtedness under (x) clause (e) shall be equal to the lesser of (A) the stated amount of the relevant obligations and (B) the fair market value of the property subject to the relevant Lien, and (y) clause (g) shall be the net amount, including any net termination payments, required to be paid to a counterparty rather than the notional amount of the applicable Commodity OTC Agreement or Financial Hedging Agreement.   • Extension Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(d).

  • Increasing Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(b).

  • Modified Commitment Transfer Supplement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(d) hereof.
