Indemnification Trust Agreement definition

Indemnification Trust Agreement means that certain Indemnification Trust Agreement dated as of August 16, 2005 by and between Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. and Wilmington Trust Company and, as an additional party, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, as Beneficiaries’ Representative.
Indemnification Trust Agreement means the Indemnification Trust Agreement dated as of August 16, 2005 by and between Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. and Wilmington Trust Company and, as an additional party, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, as Beneficiaries’ Representative.
