Indemnified Entity definition

Indemnified Entity has the meaning set forth in Section 14.3(b) hereof.
Indemnified Entity refers to each Bank, each Agent, and each director, officer, agent, trustee, manager, attorney, employee, representative and Affiliate of any such Person.

More Definitions of Indemnified Entity

Indemnified Entity means any entity a Company is required to indemnify because of such entity’s contribution or involvement in Media Activities.
