Indemnifier definition

Indemnifier means any Party obligated to provide indemnification under this Agreement;
Indemnifier has the meaning given to it in subparagraph 11(a);

  • Dealing with claims If a Beneficiary is notified of a Claim then it must notify the Indemnifier as soon as reasonably practical and no later than 10 Working Days.
