Indenture Amendment definition

Indenture Amendment. Means, with respect to an Indenture relating to a Funded Aircraft, the First Amendment thereto, dated as of the date hereof, between the Company and the Loan Trustee.
Indenture Amendment means an Amendment to the Senior Secured Notes Indenture that modifies the terms thereof as set forth on Exhibit H.
Indenture Amendment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).

Indenture Amendment means an amendment to each Indenture substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Note Purchase Agreement.
