Indenture Amendments definition

Indenture Amendments means an amendment to each of the Indentures, which, among other things, deletes substantially all of the restrictive covenants contained in each of the Indentures.
Indenture Amendments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.11(e).
Indenture Amendments means an amendment to the definition of "Permitted Holder" in Section 5.14 of the First Supplemental Indenture to add the New Investor and its affiliates and such related changes so that the transactions contemplated hereby and by the Secondary Share Purchase Agreement do not cause a "change in control" under such First Supplemental Indenture.
