Indenture Certificate definition

Indenture Certificate means the officer's certificate of the Sponsor dated as of June 24, 2003 and issued pursuant to Section 2.01 of the Subordinated Indenture.
Indenture Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit I attached hereto.
Indenture Certificate means a certificate as described in Section 2.8(b)(ii) hereof, in the form of the attached EXHIBIT G-1.

  • Pledge Certificate means a Pledge Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 1 executed by a duly authorized officer of the applicable Fund and delivered by such Fund to the Custodian by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as the applicable Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.
