  • The Issuer or, if there is a single Issuer Trust Certificateholder, such Issuer Trust Certificateholder will be the tax owner of the Indenture Collections Account and all investment earnings on the Indenture Collections Account will be taxable to the Issuer or such Issuer Trust Certificateholder, as the case may be.

  • The Issuer will not, directly or indirectly, make payments to or distributions from the Indenture Collections Account or the Note Payment Account except in accordance with this Indenture and the other Program Documents.

  • Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Collection Account Agreement means each agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI, or such other form as may be acceptable to the Agent, among the applicable Originator, a Seller, Collection Bank and the Agent, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Subservicing Account An account established by a Subservicer in accordance with Section 3.08.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
