Indenture Documentation definition

Indenture Documentation has the meaning specified in the Nexstar Credit Agreement.
Indenture Documentation means, collectively, (a) Senior Notes Indenture Documentation, and (b) any other indenture, agreement, or other instrument executed by the Borrower or any other Consolidated Group Entity in connection with the issuance of any other public capital market Indebtedness.
Indenture Documentation means, collectively, (a) the Senior Second Lien Notes Indenture Documentation, (b) the Senior 67/8% Notes due 2020 Indenture Documentation, and (c) any other indenture, agreement, or other instrument executed by the Borrower or any other Mission Entity or Nexstar Entity, or any Subsidiary of any Loan Party in connection with the issuance of any other public Indebtedness.

Indenture Documentation means, collectively, the 3.25% Convertible Subordinated Note Documents, the 8.50% Convertible Senior Note Documents, the 8.50% Senior Secured Second Lien Note Documents and the 10.875% Senior Secured Second Lien Note Documents.
