Independent Committees definition

Independent Committees means, collectively, the Independent Committee of the Fording Trustees and the Independent Committee of the Fording Directors formed for the purposes of considering Fording’s strategic options;
Independent Committees means, collectively, the Independent Committee of the Trustees and the Independent Committee of the Directors formed in June 2007 for the purposes of considering Fording’s strategic options.
Independent Committees shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.
