Independent Panel definition

Independent Panel. Has the meaning given thereto in Section 24.3.1 of the Agreement.
Independent Panel means the panel described in paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 (Independent Panel ).
Independent Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 26A.1; “Indirect Political Event” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 36.3;

Examples of Independent Panel in a sentence

  • Independent Panel Members shall be appointed for a fixed term not exceeding three (3) years and shall be eligible for re-appointment following expiry of their initial or any subsequent term.

More Definitions of Independent Panel

Independent Panel means the Independent Panel, or its members, selected pursuant to Subsection 10.8.3 for the purpose of serving as a mediator or an arbitrator pursuant to Section 10.8 hereof.

  • Independent Financial Expert means a U.S. investment banking firm of national standing in the United States, (i) which does not, and whose directors, officers and employees or affiliates do not have a direct or indirect material financial interest for its proprietary account in the Company or any of its affiliates and (ii) which, in the judgment of the board of directors of the Company, is otherwise independent with respect to the Company and its affiliates and qualified to perform the task for which it is to be engaged.

  • Independent school means a school which is an efficient school within the meaning of the School Education Act 1999 and which is not administered by or on behalf of the Government of Western Australia.

  • Independent Person means a person appointed under section 28(7) of the 2011 Act;

  • Independent testing laboratory means an independent organization, accepted by the Contracting Officer, engaged to perform specific inspections or tests of the work, either at the site or elsewhere, and report the results of these inspections or tests.
