Technical Advisory Committee means a committee established under section 12;
Independent Third Party means any Person who, immediately prior to a contemplated transaction, does not own in excess of 5% of the Company’s Common Units on a fully-diluted basis (a “5% Owner”), who is not controlling, controlled by or under common control with any such 5% Owner and who is not the spouse or descendant (by birth or adoption) of any such 5% Owner or a trust for the benefit of such 5% Owner and/or such other Persons.
Medical Advise means any consultation or advice from a Medical Practitioner including the issue of any prescription or repeat prescription.
Expert Advisor means a mechanical online trading system designed to automate trading activities on an electronic trading platform such as the Company’s Trading Platform. It can be programmed to alert the Client of a trading opportunity and can also trade his Trading Account automatically managing all aspects of trading operations from sending orders directly to the Trading Platform to automatically adjusting stop loss, Trailing Stops and take profit levels.
Legal Advisor means the officer responsible for providing legal advice to the Standards Committee. This may be the Monitoring Officer, another legally qualified officer of the authority, or someone appointed for this purpose from outside the authority.

Independent Advisor means an independent, nationally recognized accounting firm approved by the Parties, where such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by either Party.
Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;
independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;
Independent Auditors has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Independent professional advice means advice of an attorney, certified public accountant, actuary, or other licensed professional adviser.
Legal Adviser means the properly qualified person appointed by the Trust to provide legal advice.
Independent Consultant means the independent individual, firm, or organization with which the SBA contracts to prepare the Premium Formula and any other actuarial services for the FHCF, as determined under the contract with the Consultant.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Independent school means a school, other than a public school, at which the compulsory attendance requirements of Section 59-65-10 may be met and that does not discriminate based on the grounds of race, color, religion, or national origin.
Independent Financial Advisor means an accounting, appraisal, investment banking firm or consultant to Persons engaged in Similar Businesses of nationally recognized standing that is, in the good faith judgment of the Issuer, qualified to perform the task for which it has been engaged.
Licensed Professional Engineer means a person acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable judgment who (a) is licensed to practice engineering in California, (b) has training and experience in the power industry specific to the technology of the Project, (c) has no economic relationship, association, or nexus with Seller or Buyer, other than to meet the obligations of Seller pursuant to this Agreement, (d) is not a representative of a consultant, engineer, contractor, designer or other individual involved in the development of the Project or of a manufacturer or supplier of any equipment installed at the Project, and (e) is licensed in an appropriate engineering discipline for the required certification being made.
Independent Adviser means an independent financial institution of international repute or an independent financial adviser with appropriate expertise appointed by the Issuer under Condition 5(j)(i).
Independent Auditor has the meaning specified in subsection 7.01(a).
Independent Evaluator A person empowered, pursuant to Section 23.5 (Failure to Reach Agreement) and Section 23.10 (Dispute) of this Agreement, to resolve disputes due to failure of the Parties to agree on a Performance Standards Revision Document.
Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Registered professional engineer means a person who is registered as a professional engineer pursuant to s. 443.04, Stats.
Licensing representative means a person authorized by the Department under Section 5 of the Child Care Act of 1969 to examine facilities for licensure.
Independent Financial Adviser means an independent financial institution of international repute appointed by the Company at its own expense.
Sub-Advisor shall include the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates and the directors, officers and employees of the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates.
Independent Firm means a recognized law or accounting firm; provided, however, that such term shall not include any accounting firm that performs or has preformed audit services with respect to Distributing or Controlled.
