Independent Technical Advisor definition

Independent Technical Advisor means a person who is independent of the Authority or any Contractor Party who has not less than [five (5)] years’ experience in public private partnership projects, expertise in pricing works and/or services of the type required by the relevant High Value Change, and has relevant experience in the [waste treatment/management sector];
Independent Technical Advisor means a person who is independent of the City, any City Related Party, Contractor, and/or any Contractor Related Party who has not less than [five (5)] years experience in projects procured and operated under a [PPP-type model], expertise in pricing works and/or services of the type required by the relevant High Value Change and has relevant experience in the [waste treatment/management sector];
Independent Technical Advisor means a person who is independent of HPTE or any Concessionaire Party who has not less than five (5) years’ experience in projects operated under PPP expertise in pricing works and/or services of the type required by the relevant High Value Change and has relevant experience in the services similar to those being provided for the Project.
