Index Percentage definition

Index Percentage means, with respect to 202_ Series - Bonds bearing interest at an Indexed Rate determined in accordance with Section C301(H)(1), Section C301(H)(3), Section C301(H)(4) or Section C301(H)(6), the percentage (which shall be greater than 65% and not more than 135%) of the related Index established on the Conversion Date for such Bonds in accordance with Section C301.
Index Percentage means, with respect to 2021 Series [ ] Bonds bearing interest at an Indexed Rate determined in accordance with Section C301(H)(1), Section C301(H)(3), Section C301(H)(4) or Section C301(H)(6), the percentage of the related Index established on the Conversion Date for such Bonds in accordance with Section C301.
Index Percentage means, with respect to 2022 Series D Bonds bearing interest at an Indexed Rate determined in accordance with Section 2.05(g), the percentage of the related Index established on the Conversion Date for such Bonds in accordance with Section 2.05.

Examples of Index Percentage in a sentence

  • The Company will then measure Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Performance over the same period by dividing the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Closing Price by the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Baseline with the quotient expressed as a percentage of the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Baseline (the “Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Percentage Performance”).

  • If such goals were not met, the Base Salary shall be adjusted upward by an amount equal to the Consumer Price Index Percentage (as defined below) multiplied by the then-current Base Salary.

  • For purposes of this paragraph 3(a), "Consumer Price Index Percentage" shall mean a percentage equal to the percentage increase in the Revised Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (Not Seasonally Adjusted), South-Size Class A, All Items (1982-84 = 100), published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor ("CPIU") on the date closest to the date of such anniversary over the CPIU figure published for the corresponding period of the previous year.

  • The Commodity Index Percentage for each Designated Contract included in the Index is calculated as follows: Step A – Allocating 2/3 liquidity, 1/3 production For each Designated Contract, calculate the sum of (a) 2/3 multiplied by the Commodity Liquidity Percentage for that Designated Contract plus (b) 1/3 multiplied by the Commodity Production Percentage for that Designated Contract.

  • This Commodity Index Percentage is then adjusted in accordance with the diversification rules described in Section 1.2 above and Section 2.6 below to determine the Commodities that will be included in the Index (“Index Commodities”) and their respective percentage weights.

  • The Commodity Liquidity Percentage and the Commodity Production Percentage are then combined (using a ratio of 2:1) to establish the Commodity Index Percentage (“CIP”) for each Commodity.

  • The Administrator will then subtract the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Percentage Performance from the Company Percentage Performance, then add 100 to the result, with the final result constituting the relative Company performance as a percentage (the “Relative TSR Performance Percentage”).

  • The adjusted level of the Index thus obtained shall then be compared to the level of the Index at the close of business on the business day immediately preceding the first day of the fee period and the difference in the two levels shall be expressed as a percentage of the Index level at the close of business on the business day immediately preceding the first day of the fee period (such percentage being hereinafter referred to as the "Index Percentage Change").

  • The difference shall be divided by the Beginning Index and the quotient shall be expressed as a percentage (hereinafter called the "Index Percentage Change").

  • Asset Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(ii).

  • NOLV Percentage the net orderly liquidation value of Inventory, expressed as a percentage, expected to be realized at an orderly, negotiated sale held within a reasonable period of time, net of all liquidation expenses, as determined from the most recent appraisal of Borrowers’ Inventory performed by an appraiser and on terms satisfactory to Agent.

  • PO Percentage As to any Discount Mortgage Loan, a fraction (expressed as a percentage) the numerator of which is the excess of the Required Coupon over the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of such Discount Mortgage Loan and the denominator of which is such Required Coupon. As to any Non-Discount Mortgage Loan, 0%.

  • Note Percentage means (i) for each Payment Date until the aggregate principal amount of each Class of Notes has been paid in full, 100%; and (ii) thereafter, 0%.

  • Shift Percentage As to any Distribution Date occurring during the five years beginning on the first Distribution Date, 0%. For any Distribution Date occurring on or after the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date as follows: for any Distribution Date in the first year thereafter, 30%; for any Distribution Date in the second year thereafter, 40%; for any Distribution Date in the third year thereafter, 60%; for any Distribution Date in the fourth year thereafter, 80%; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, 100%.

  • Tranche Percentage means in respect of each Tranche, the Tranche Quantity expressed as a percentage of the sum of all the Tranche Quantities at the Supply Point.

  • Strike Percentage means 100%

  • Reserve Percentage means, on any day, for any Lender, the maximum percentage prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor Governmental Authority) for determining the reserve requirements (including any basic, supplemental, marginal, or emergency reserves) that are in effect on such date with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “eurocurrency liabilities”) of that Lender, but so long as such Lender is not required or directed under applicable regulations to maintain such reserves, the Reserve Percentage shall be zero.

  • Class B-6 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Average Contribution Percentage means the average of the Contribution Percentages of the Eligible Participants in a group.

  • Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.

  • Yield Reserve Percentage means at any time of determination:

  • L/C Percentage as to any L/C Lender at any time, the percentage of the Total L/C Commitments represented by such L/C Lender’s L/C Commitment, as such percentage may be adjusted as provided in Section 2.23.

  • Adjustment Percentage means, with respect to any Loan, the quotient (expressed as a decimal) of the Loan Value for such Loan divided by the Cut-Off Date Unpaid Principal Balance of such Loan.

  • Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.

  • Investment Percentage means a percentage established for each Partner on the Partnership’s books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Investment Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period will be determined by dividing the balance of the Partner’s Capital Account as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the Capital Accounts of all of the Partners as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period. The sum of the Investment Percentages of all Partners for each Fiscal Period will equal 100%.

  • Funded Percentage means, with respect to any Lender at any time, a percentage equal to a fraction the numerator of which is the amount actually disbursed and outstanding to Borrower by such Lender at such time and the denominator of which is the total amount disbursed and outstanding to Borrower by all of the Lenders at such time.

  • Applicable Dollar Percentage means, with respect to any Dollar Lender, the percentage of the total Dollar Commitments represented by such Dollar Lender’s Dollar Commitment. If the Dollar Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Dollar Percentages shall be determined based upon the Dollar Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

  • Funding Percentage means with respect to any Payment Date, the percentage derived from the fraction the numerator of which is the Pre-Funded Amount and the denominator of which is the sum of the aggregate Principal Balance of Receivables transferred to the Trust and the Pre-Funded Amount, in each case, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Revolving Percentage as to any Revolving Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender’s Revolving Commitment then constitutes of the Total Revolving Commitments (or, at any time after the Revolving Commitments shall have expired or terminated, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender’s Revolving Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Loans then outstanding).

  • Discount Percentage shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11.

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Class B-2 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-2 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-2 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-2 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Total Percentage means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of such Lender’s Aggregate Exposure at such time to the Aggregate Exposure of all Lenders at such time.

  • Designated Percentage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Applicable Commitment Percentage means, with respect to each Lender at any time, a fraction, the numerator of which shall be such Lender's Revolving Credit Commitment and the denominator of which shall be the Total Revolving Credit Commitment, which Applicable Commitment Percentage for each Lender as of the Closing Date is as set forth in Exhibit A; provided that the Applicable Commitment Percentage of each Lender shall be increased or decreased to reflect any assignments to or by such Lender effected in accordance with Section 11.1.
