Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.
Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.
Bid Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).
Eurodollar Rate Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of “Eurodollar Rate.”
Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.
Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.
Competitive Bid Loan means a Eurodollar Bid Rate Loan or an Absolute Rate Loan, or both, as the case may be.
Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.
Base Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans.
LIBOR Tranche means the collective reference to LIBOR Rate Loans whose Interest Periods begin and end on the same day.
Money Market Absolute Rate Loan means a loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to an Absolute Rate Auction.
Money Market LIBOR Loan means a loan denominated in US Dollars to be made by a Lender pursuant to a LIBOR Auction (including such a loan bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 3.2).
LIBOR has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.
Competitive Bid Advance means an advance by a Lender to the Borrower as part of a Competitive Bid Borrowing resulting from the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.03 and refers to a Fixed Rate Advance or a LIBO Rate Advance.
Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance denominated in Dollars or a Committed Currency that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).
LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.
Eurodollar Competitive Loan means any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).
Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.
Absolute Rate Loan means a Bid Rate Loan, the interest rate on which is determined on the basis of an Absolute Rate pursuant to an Absolute Rate Auction.
Eurocurrency Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.
Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).
Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Advance comprising part of the same Borrowing, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, if available to all Lenders, 9 or 12 months) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Borrowing or Request for Continuation/Conversion provided that:
