Index Rate Loans definition

Index Rate Loans means Loans the rate of interest applicable to which is based upon the Index Rate.
Index Rate Loans means any Advances that accrue interest by reference to the Index Rate and the other terms of the Agreement.
Index Rate Loans means Revolving Loans that bear interest at an interest rate based on the Index Rate.
