Indirect Claimant definition

Indirect Claimant means the holder of an Indirect Talc Personal Injury Claim other than J&J and any of its Affiliates.
Indirect Claimant means the holder of a claim that is asserted as a third- party indemnification, contribution, subrogation or similar claim by an entity that has paid an asbestos claimant on account of a GST Asbestos Claim or a Coltec Asbestos Claim.
Indirect Claimant means an entity named as a defendant in asbestos litigation.
