Indirect Lease definition

Indirect Lease means a lease (including a schedule under a master lease) in which a Person in whom Borrower has a Beneficial Interest is the lessor or has been assigned the lessor’s interest.
Indirect Lease means a third party leases property to a member of the credit union and the credit union then purchases the lease from the third party for the purposes of leasing the property to the member.

  • Wet Lease means any arrangement whereby Owner or a Permitted Lessee agrees to furnish the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to a third party pursuant to which the Aircraft, Airframe or Engine shall at all times be in the operational control of Owner or a Permitted Lessee, provided that Owner’s obligations under the Trust Indenture shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any such arrangement.

  • Subject Leases means, for any Asset Review, all 20[•]-[•] Leases which are 60-Day Delinquent Leases as of the end of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Review Satisfaction Date.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner.   • Recorded Leasehold Interest means a Leasehold Property with respect to which a Record Document has been recorded in all places necessary or desirable, in the Collateral Agent’s reasonable judgment, to give constructive notice of such Leasehold Property to third-party purchasers and encumbrances of the affected real property.

  • Leash means a leash, cord, chain, or other comparable material which must be of a gauge suitable for controlling said dog and shall not be longer than six feet.

  • Operating Lease Expense means the sum of all payments and expenses incurred by a Person, under any operating leases during the period of determination, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Master Leases refers to the four second amended and restated master lease agreements, dated as of April 27, 2007, by and among the Operating Partnership and Kindred Healthcare, Inc. and Kindred Healthcare Operating, Inc.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;
