Individual Class Payments definition

Individual Class Payments means the Participating Class Member’s pro rata share of the Net Settlement Amount, calculated according to the number of Class Workweeks.
Individual Class Payments means the Participating Class Member’s share of the Net Settlement Amount, calculated according to Plaintiffs’ expert and the strength of their respective claims as determined by Class Counsel.
Individual Class Payments means the share of the Net Settlement Amount paid to each Participating Class Member to resolve the Released Class Claims.   • Non-Participating Class Members will not receive any Individual Class Payments.

  • After making the above deductions in amounts approved by the Court, the Administrator will distribute the rest of the Gross Settlement (the “Net Settlement”) by making Individual Class Payments to Participating Class Members based on their Class Period Workweeks.

  • The Administrator will calculate Individual Class Payments by (a) dividing the Net Settlement Amount by the total number of Workweeks worked by all Participating Class Members, and (b) multiplying the result by the number of Workweeks worked by each individual Participating Class Member.

  • Within 14 days after Defendant funds the Gross Settlement Amount, the Administrator will mail checks for all Individual Class Payments, all Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, the Administration Expenses Payment, the Class Counsel Fees Payment, the Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Class Representative Service Payment.

  • The Administrator will send checks for Individual Class Payments to all Participating Class Members (including those for whom Class Notice was returned undelivered).
