If Licensee executed this Agreement as a commercial licensee not having the status of a Qualified Not-for-Profit or Qualified Individual, Licensee will be provided one year of basic TCK support from Oracle under the terms of Oracle's Master Support Agreement at no additional charge, provided Licensee executes Oracle's standard MSA which is attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement.
If Licensee executed this Agreement as a commercial licensee not having the status of a Qualified Not-For-Profit or Qualified Individual, Licensee will be provided, during the Term of this Agreement and any extensions under Section 9.1, basic TCK support from Oracle under Oracle’s Master Support Agreement (“MSA”) at no additional charge, provided Licensee executes Oracle’s standard MSA, which is attached as Exhibit C to this Agreement.
An Individual Licensee may also be offered the opportunity to occupy a living unit at a different rate, including buying out another bed space within a room or living unit.
If Licensee executed this Agreement as a commercial Licensee not having the status of a Qualified Not-For-Profit or Qualified Individual, Licensee is required to purchase at least one (1) year of basic TCK support from Oracle for a fee of $100,000 under Oracle’s Master Support Agreement (“MSA”).

Upon payment of the fifty dollars ($50.00) license fee, and as long as the Individual Licensee complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Alliance grants the Individual Licensee a: (i) nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonassignable, revocable, personal license to Use the Software, in executable code format only, for purposes described in the Documentation.
