Ineligible Project definition

Ineligible Project has the meaning given to it in Section 3 of Schedule "D".
Ineligible Project means a project that is ineligible for funding as defined in the Program Guidelines. “Legal Name” means the name that the Federal Tax Number (FEIN) is issued to.
Ineligible Project means a project that does not meet the eligibility criteria for funding. See Section 1.5 for eligibility.

Ineligible Project has the meaning given to it in Section 1.6 of Schedule 2.
