Inflation Linked Interest Note definition

Inflation Linked Interest Note means a Note in respect of which the amount payable in respect of interest is calculated by reference to such index and/or formula or to changes in the prices of securities or commodities or to such other factors as the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) may agree (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);
Inflation Linked Interest Note means a Note on which interest is calculated by reference to an index and/or a formula as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer, as indicated in the applicable Final Terms;

Examples of Inflation Linked Interest Note in a sentence

  • This Note may be a Fixed Rate Note, a Floating Rate Note, a Zero Coupon Note, an Inflation Linked Note (being either an Inflation Linked Interest Note, an Inflation Linked Redemption Note or a combination of the two) or a combination of any of the foregoing, depending upon the Interest Basis shown in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Where the Specified Denomination of a Floating Rate Note or an Inflation Linked Interest Note in definitive form is a multiple of the Calculation Amount, the Interest Amount payable in respect of such Note shall be the product of the amount (determined in the manner provided above) for the Calculation Amount and the amount by which the Calculation Amount is multiplied to reach the Specified Denomination without any further rounding.

  • Where the Specified Denomination of a Floating Rate Note or an Inflation Linked Interest Note is the multiple of the Calculation Amount, the Interest Amount payable in respect of such Note shall be the product of the amounts (determined in the manner provided above) for the Calculation Amount and the amount by which the Calculation Amount is multiplied to reach the Specified Denomination without any further rounding.

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • Class B Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).

  • Class C Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Assumed Interest Rate means the annual yield payable on the last day of the applicable Calculation Period on ten (10) year United States Treasury obligations in amounts approximating the outstanding principal balance of the Loan on the last day of the Calculation Period plus two hundred fifty (250) basis points per annum; provided, however, that the Assumed Interest Rate shall be not less than six percent (6.0%) per annum.

  • Additional Interest Rate With respect to any ARD Loan after its Anticipated Repayment Date, the incremental increase in the per annum rate at which such Mortgage Loan accrues interest after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of defaults) as calculated and as set forth in the related Mortgage Loan documents.

  • Class A-X Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Non-Discount Mortgage Loans.

  • Original Class B-1 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-2 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-1 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.16.

  • Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates), (a) the product of (i) 1/12th of the Class A Pass-Through Rate for such Class and (ii) the Principal Balance of such Class as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date minus (b) the Class A Interest Percentage of such Class of (i) any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated to the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date, (ii) the interest portion of any Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e) and (iii) the interest portion of any Realized Losses (other than Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses) allocated to the Class A Certificates on or after the Cross-Over Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e). The Class A-PO Certificates have no Interest Accrual Amount. As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, an amount equal to (i) the product of 1/12th of the Class B Pass-Through Rate and the Principal Balance of such Class as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date minus (ii) the Class B Interest Percentage of such Class of (x) any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated to the Class B Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date and (y) the interest portion of any Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Class B Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e).

  • Class A Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Interest Accrual Amounts for the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Class D Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Postponed Fixed Interest Date means the tenth Business Day following the originally scheduled Fixed Interest Date;

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Post-ARD Additional Interest Rate With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan after its Anticipated Repayment Date, the incremental increase in the Mortgage Rate for such ARD Mortgage Loan resulting from the passage of such Anticipated Repayment Date.

  • Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.

  • Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.18.

  • Deferred Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
