ING Facility means the EUR 100,000,000 Senior Facility Agreement entered into between: (1) Zenium Germany GmbH (as Borrower); (2) ING Bank (as Bookrunning Mandated Lead Arranger); (3) HSH Nordbank AG, NIBC Bank Deutschland AG and Banco Santander S.A.
