ING Facility definition

ING Facility means the EUR 100,000,000 Senior Facility Agreement entered into between: (1) Zenium Germany GmbH (as Borrower); (2) ING Bank (as Bookrunning Mandated Lead Arranger); (3) HSH Nordbank AG, NIBC Bank Deutschland AG and Banco Santander S.A. (as Mandated Lead Arrangers); (4) ING Bank N.V. (as Sole Coordinator and Hedging Coordinator) and (5) HSH Nordbank AG (as Agent and Security Agent) dated 24 August 2017;
ING Facility shall have the meaning given in Section 5.24(a).
ING Facility means the credit facility pursuant to the Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 15, 1997, by and among the Company, ING (U.S.) Capital Corporation and the various lenders named therein, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, together with any exhibits, schedules or attachments thereto.
