Initial Averaging definition

Initial Averaging means, if specified as being applicable in the applicable Pricing Supplement, that the Initial Share Price, Initial Value, Initial Fund Value or Initial Index Level (as applicable) will be determined on the basis of the arithmetic average of Prices, Levels, Values or FundValues (as applicable) of the Share, Index, Fund Interest, Basket of Shares, Basket of Indices or Basket of Fund Interests on certain Initial Averaging Dates;

Related to Initial Averaging

  • Averaging Date means each date specified as an Averaging Date in the relevant Final Terms or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless such day is a Disrupted Day in the opinion of the Calculation Agent. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • Averaging means for the purposes of determining Kick-Out levels and the Final Index Levels an arithmetic average of the closing level of the FTSE 100 over a specified number of Business Days, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Averaging Dates means each of the dates set forth in the Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day, in each case subject to Condition 7(l).

  • Averaging Period means the time over which a limit is measured or a monitoring result is obtained;

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means (a) with respect to any Conversion Date occurring on or after the 24th Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Day period ending on, and including, the third Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date and (b) in all other cases, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Day period beginning on, and including, the third Trading Day immediately following the relevant Conversion Date.

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month. For Fecal Coliform Bacteria (FCB) or E-Coli, report the monthly average.

  • Opening Average Share Value means the average, over the trading days in the Opening Average Period, of the closing price of a company’s stock multiplied by the Accumulated Shares for each trading day during the Opening Average Period.

  • Evaluation Day shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).

  • Gross Calorific Value of “GCV” shall mean that quantity of heat expressed in Kilowatt- hour produced by the complete combustion of one (1) normal cubic metre of Natural Gas at twenty-five (25) degrees Celsius and an absolute pressure of one decimal zero one three two five (1.01325) bar with excess air at the same temperature and pressure as the Natural Gas when the products of combustion are cooled to twenty-five (25) degrees Celsius and when the water formed by combustion is condensed to the liquid state and the products of combustion contain the same total mass of water vapor as the Natural Gas and air before combustion.

  • NET INVESTMENT FACTOR The Net Investment Factor for each Sub-Account is determined by dividing A by B and subtracting C where: A is (i) the net asset value per share of the Investment Options or Portfolios of an Investment Option held by the Sub-Account for the current Valuation Period; plus

  • Stress Factor means 2.25.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Final Average Pay means, for purposes of Section 5 the average of Employee's three (3) highest years of Compensation during the ten (10) calendar year period immediately preceding the calendar year in which Employee Retires, and for purposes of determining death benefits under Section 6 the average of Employee's three (3) highest years of Compensation during the ten (10) calendar year period immediately preceding the calendar year containing Employee's date of death. The foregoing notwithstanding, any calendar year in which Employee has no Compensation from the Corporation shall be ignored in determining such ten calendar year period.

  • Average Daily Flow means the cumulative total sewage flow to the sewage works during a calendar year divided by the number of days during which sewage was flowing to the sewage works that year;

  • Bid with Lowest Evaluated Cost means the bid quoting lowest cost amongst all those bids evaluated to be substantially responsive;

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants. ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.

  • Final Average Earnings means the earnings used to determine benefits under this Plan as further described in Article 7.

  • Open Market Adjustment Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(I).

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Expansion Factor has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.3(a);

  • Valuation Day means any day on which Repo Custodian is open for business.

  • Average Daily Managed Assets of the Fund shall mean the average daily value of the total assets of the Fund, less all accrued liabilities of the Fund (other than the aggregate amount of any outstanding borrowings constituting financial leverage). The Adviser may waive a portion of its fees. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or shall terminate before the last day of a month, compensation for such month shall be computed in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees payable on a monthly basis. Subject to the provisions of Section 5 below, the accrued fees will be payable monthly as promptly as possible after the end of each month during which this Agreement is in effect.

  • Current Unit Rates are Forest Service estimates of the unit rates for doing the work at the time the adjustment is approved.

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.

  • Adjustment Date As to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, each date on which the related Mortgage Rate is subject to adjustment, as provided in the related Mortgage Note.
