Initial Borrowing Base Certificate Date definition

Initial Borrowing Base Certificate Date means the date on which the initial Borrowing Base Certificate is delivered (which shall be no later (but may, at the Borrower’s discretion, earlier) than the Startup Date).
Initial Borrowing Base Certificate Date means, with respect to each Asset (including any Project), the date on which such Asset is initially designated as a Borrowing Base Asset pursuant to Section 2.18.
