Development Rights to the land encompassed by an Initial Development Application or master plan may be transferred to any other portion of the Property, or to another Developer of the Property, provided that such does not increase the proposed ranges of densities and intensities beyond that which would otherwise be allowed under the provisions of this Agreement.
In order to protect water quality of the rivers, the Owner agrees to prepare a master plan of the stormwater drainage systems , as defined in the ZDSO for all or any portion of the Property, for each Initial Development Application; to construct stormwater drainage systems in accordance with the approved master plan; and, to maintain the stormwater drainage systems ensuring proper operation and function.
