Initial Fuel Supply Period definition

Initial Fuel Supply Period means the period beginning on the Commercial Operation Date and ending 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on April 30, 2002, during which Seller will supply Fuel to the Facility pursuant to the Initial Fuel Supply Plan.
Initial Fuel Supply Period means the period commencing on the Start Date and continuing until June 30, 2003.

For purposes of this definition only: “Vertically Integrated Utility” means a utility that owns generation, includes such generation in a non-bypassable charge in its regulated rates, earns a regulated return on its investment in such generation, and that as of the date of its request for a Self Supply Exemption, has not divested more than seventy-five percent of its generation assets owned on May 20, 1996; and “Single Customer Entity” means an LSE that serves at retail only customers that are under common control with such LSE, where such control means holding 51% or more of the voting securities or voting interests of the LSE and all its retail customers.

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.
