Initial Offer Shares definition

Initial Offer Shares means 16,620,536 Target Shares;
Initial Offer Shares has the meaning given in Clause 4.1 (Further Aroundtown Subscriptions);
Initial Offer Shares means the 30,588,235 ordinary, nominative, book-entry shares, without nominal value, representing the share capital of the Issuer initially offered by the Issuer.

  • The Underwriters have no contract or other arrangement with ABCI by which it may return to ABCI any unsold Initial Offer Shares.

  • Competent authorities may authorise a member of the management body of a market operator to combine more directorships than allowed under the previous sub-paragraph, taking into account individual circumstances and the nature, scale and complexity of the investment firm's activities.

Related to Initial Offer Shares

  • Offered Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a).

  • Initial Offer Period means the period determined by the Directors during which Shares of any class are offered by the ICAV for purchase or subscription at the Initial Price.

  • New Securities means, collectively, equity securities of the Company, whether or not currently authorized, as well as rights, options, or warrants to purchase such equity securities, or securities of any type whatsoever that are, or may become, convertible or exchangeable into or exercisable for such equity securities.

  • Founder Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto and shall be deemed to include the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion thereof.

  • Offered Units shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1 hereof.

  • Tag or “RFID tag” means the unique identification number or Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) issued to a licensee by the agency for tracking, identifying and verifying marihuana plants, marihuana products, and packages of marihuana product in the statewide monitoring system.

  • Option Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).
