Initial Port definition

Initial Port means the porting of the Encoder and Decoder to the Chips by E-world. E-world agrees to start the Initial Port within a week of receiving the Source Code and to use reasonable best efforts to complete the Initial Port as quickly as possible. On2 agrees to use reasonable best efforts pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof to provide technical support relating to the Initial Port.

The digital signal processing chips selected will have sufficient performance characteristics to support the resolutions and framerates selected for the EVD system and non-EVD system. 1.18 "Update" means changes or additions to the Source Code made commercially available by On2, including, without limitation, revisions, patches and bug fixes and maintenance releases. 2
Initial Port. A Port ordered as part of the Order placed in respect of the Customer; International Destination Network: a network operated in an overseas country. Internet: the global data network comprising interconnected networks using the TCP/IP protocol suite. Interoperability Testing: testing of the Customer Equipment to determine whether the Customer Equipment is Compatible. Interoperability Testing Slot: a period agreed between the Carrier and the Customer to carry out Interoperability Testing of the Customer Equipment. IP: internet protocol. IP Exchange Service: the internet protocol telecommunications interconnect and exchange services set out in Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Related to Initial Port

  • Substantial Portion means, with respect to the Property of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, Property which (i) represents more than 10% of the consolidated assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as would be shown in the consolidated financial statements of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the beginning of the twelve-month period ending with the month in which such determination is made, or (ii) is responsible for more than 10% of the consolidated net sales or of the consolidated net income of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as reflected in the financial statements referred to in clause (i) above.

  • Dissolution Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (Insolvency and Dissolution) Regulations 2012.

  • Substantial Part means properties and assets involved in any single transaction or a Series of Related Transactions having an aggregate fair market value of more than ten percent (10%) of the total consolidated assets of the Person in question as determined immediately prior to such transaction or Series of Related Transactions.

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.
