Initial Prepayment Amount definition

Initial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to pay in full the System Development Charge for a particular Tax Parcel prior to being included in the Annual Assessment Roll as set forth in the applicable Assessment Resolution.
Initial Prepayment Amount means the amount computed pursuant Section 4.03(D) hereof for each Tax Parcel located in the MSBU.

Initial Prepayment Amount. An amount equal to the Initial Price multiplied by the Initial Number of Shares, which shall be paid out of the funds held in the Counterparty’s trust account as part of the flow of funds upon closing of the Business Combination.
