Initial Number of Shares definition

Initial Number of Shares means the number of shares of Common Stock, rounded down to the nearest integer, equal to the product of (i) the Initial Delivery Percentage and (ii) the Purchase Price divided by the Initial Share Price.

Initial Number of Shares means the number of shares of the Initial Registrable Securities.

Initial Number of Shares. The aggregate number of Shares sold through the Agent acting as forward seller for Dealer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sales Agreement and the Forward Instruction Notice during the Forward Hedge Selling Period.
