Initial Process definition

Initial Process has the meaning set out in clause 15.4.3;
Initial Process. Upon receiving your items, I will inspect each and every one, making sure they are eligible for listing. This list will be sent to you within 5 days. Initial Process means the initial process for manufacturing Product developed and owned or in-licensed by CUSTOMER and reflected by the parameters, standards and preliminary specifications as summarized in Appendix 1 and Appendix 5.

Examples of Initial Process in a sentence

  • If any Person appointed as a Process Agent is unable for any reason to act as agent for service of process, the Borrowers shall immediately (and in any event within ten (10) days of such event taking place) appoint another process agent on terms acceptable to the Administrative Agent (such replacement process agent and the Initial Process Agent, each a “Process Agent”).

  • CUSTOMER hereby grants to BI and BI hereby accepts for the purpose of pursuing the Project a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable (except to BI’s Affiliated Companies and subcontractors of BI pursuant to Section 11.9), royalty-free, license to use the CUSTOMER Background IP, the Initial Process and the CUSTOMER Improvements for the sole purpose to develop the Manufacturing Process, and for the manufacturing of the Product for clinical purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

  • CUSTOMER and BI now wish to: (i) provide for the transfer the Initial Process to BI, and (ii) contract for BI’s manufacturing of Product for preclinical and clinical testing using either the Initial Process or, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, perform (by itself and/or its Affiliated Companies) certain development work relating to the adaption and/or further development and scale-up of the Initial Process.

  • Initial Process (2015): The timeframe for School Board discussion and action, application receipt and assessment, and final appointment of two community members to the Audit Committee is recommended as follows:• July – August: Request for applications.• August – September: Applications screened and reviewed by the Office of Internal Audit and the Audit Committee.• September: Community member appointments (School Board action).• October: Community members attend their first audit committee meeting.

  • Initial Process Studies (Pp / Ppk) are short-term studies administered to gather, as early as possible, performance information of a new or revised process related to internal needs or customer requirements and specifications.

Related to Initial Process

  • RFP Process or “Bidding Process” means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the RFP itself;

  • Agreed Process means any process agreed between the parties in respect of a Dispute other than the Dispute Resolution Procedure, as may be amended between the parties.

  • Support Call Process means the support call process applicable to all of our customers who have licensed the Tyler Software. A copy of our current Support Call Process is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit C.

  • Sale Process means all matters relating to the sale of the Business and the review of strategic alternatives with respect to the Business, and all activities in connection therewith, including matters relating to (a) the solicitation of proposals from and negotiations with third parties in connection with the sale of the Business or Excluded Assets or (b) the drafting, negotiation or interpretation of any of the provisions of this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents, or the determination of the allocation of any assets or Liabilities pursuant to the foregoing agreements or the transactions contemplated thereby.

  • Disruption of the educational process means the interruption of classwork, the creation of disorder, or the invasion of the rights of a student or group of students.

  • Competitive Process means either an Open Competition or an Invitational Competition;

  • Process or “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon the Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure, or destruction.

  • Order Coordination refers to standard BellSouth service order coordination involving SL1 and SL2 voice loops and all digital loops. Order coordination for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date and Mpower advised.

  • Registration Process means the online account opening procedure followed by the Client in order to open a trading account with the Company.

  • Tender Process means the procurement process for this Tender as set out in the Tender Document herein.

  • Legal Process means an information disclosure request made under law, governmental regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, or other valid legal authority, legal procedure, or similar process.

  • Licensed Process means a method, procedure, process, or other subject matter whose practice or use is Covered By any claim or claims included within the Patent Rights or uses Technology Rights.

  • Change Control Process means the change control process, if any, referred to in the Key Provisions;

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Initial Xxxx of Sale means the document, in the form of Attachment B hereto, executed by an authorized officer of SLM ECFC which shall (i) set forth the applicable Initial Loans offered by SLM ECFC and accepted for purchase by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of Funding, (ii) sell, assign and convey to the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of Funding and its assignees all rights, title and interest of SLM ECFC in the Initial Loans listed on that Xxxx of Sale and (iii) certify that the representations and warranties made by SLM ECFC as set forth in Sections 5 (A) and (B) of these Master Terms are true and correct.

  • Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process

  • Agent for Service of Process means every person now or hereafter appointed by the Contractor to be served or to accept service of process in any State of the United States. Without excluding any other method of service authorized by law, the Contractor agrees that every Agent for Service of Process is designated as its non-exclusive agent for service of process, summons, and complaint. The Contractor will instruct each Agent for Service of Process that after such agent receives the process, summons, or complaint, such agent shall promptly send it to the Contractor. This subsection (ii) does not apply while the Contractor maintains a registered agent in North Carolina with the office of the N. C. Secretary of State and such registered agent can be found with due diligence at the registered office.

  • Surgical procedure means a procedure that is performed

  • Claims Process means the process for Settlement Class Members’ submission of Claims, as described in Section III.

  • Bid Process means the process of selection of the Successful Bidder through competitive bidding and includes submission of Bids, scrutiny and evaluation of such Bids as set forth in the RFP.

  • Major processor means a user processing, handling, or manufacturing radioactive material exceeding Type A quantities as unsealed sources or material, or exceeding four times Type B quantities as sealed sources, but does not include nuclear medicine programs, universities, industrial radiographers, or small industrial programs. Type A and B quantities are defined in 10 CFR 71.4.

  • Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Detailed manufacturing or process data means technical data that describe the steps, sequences, and conditions of manufacturing, processing or assembly used by the manufacturer to produce an item or component or to perform a process.
