Initial Recalculated Base Outlets definition

Initial Recalculated Base Outlets means the total number of Direct Served Outlets existing as of the Recalculation Date.

In calculating the "Rentable Square Feet" of the Premises or the Building, the area contained within the exterior walls of the Building stairs, fire towers, vertical ducts, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks and major pipe shafts will be excluded.

  • Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.

  • Estimated Closing Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.
