Following such Initial Reinvestment Period Extension, the Borrower may, at any time thereafter, make a request to the Administrative Agent to extend the date set forth in clause (a) of the definition of “Reinvestment Period” (as revised by the Initial Reinvestment Period Extension) for an additional period of one year.
