Initial Revolving Loans definition

Initial Revolving Loans means the revolving loans made by the Initial Revolving Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a)(ii).
Initial Revolving Loans as defined in subsection 2.1(b)(i).

Examples of Initial Revolving Loans in a sentence

  • To the extent not previously paid, all Incremental Term Loans shall be due and payable on the applicable Maturity Date and all Incremental Revolving Loans and Incremental Initial Revolving Loans shall be due and payable on the Revolving Facility Termination Date applicable to each Class of Revolving Commitments, together in each case with accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount to be paid to but excluding the date of payment.

Initial Revolving Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.01(b).
