Initial Sites definition

Initial Sites shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals to this Agreement.
Initial Sites means the Site(s) existing as of the Effective Date.
Initial Sites means those Communications Sites listed in Exhibit C as of the Effective Date and as amended from time-to-time via “Subsequent Site” submissions.

Examples of Initial Sites in a sentence

  • Buyer and Sellers agree to use their commercially reasonable efforts to close on at least thirty-four (34) Initial Sites and one hundred nine (109) Additional Sites prior to the Final Closing Date (as defined below).

  • The JPBC shall prepare an evaluation of the Initial Sites, including any issues identified by the JPBC with respect to the feasibility of constructing the Purpose-Built Facility at such Initial Site and potential plans for addressing such issues.

  • LONZA may conduct inspections, evaluations, surveys and tests as may be necessary or appropriate to determine the feasibility of constructing the Purpose-Built Facility at such Initial Sites, consistent with the Pre-Build Plan and Budget.

  • Except as modified herein, the MSA remains --------------------- unchanged and in full force and effect and applies to the Initial Sites subject to this Amendment.

  • With respect to the Initial Sites, CFA may exercise such right by delivering written notice to Licensee promptly upon the execution of this Agreement by CFA; with respect to Additional Sites, CFA may exercise such right by delivering written notice to Licensee promptly after approval of the Additional Sites as indicated on the Site Description Form for such Additional Site.

  • Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Section and Section 3.05, each Bond delivered under this Indenture upon registration of transfer of or in exchange for or in lieu of any other Bond shall carry the rights to interest accrued and unpaid, and to accrue, which were carried by such other Bond.

  • Within ninety (90) days of the completion of the installation of the System and commencement of the Services at all of the Initial Sites, Petro shall provide PNV with written notice (the "Written Notice") as to whether Petro elects to have PNV install the System and provide the Services at all of the additional Truckstops listed on Schedules 1A and 1B.

Initial Sites means the parcels of real estate more particularly described on Exhibits A-1 through A-16.

Related to Initial Sites

  • Burial site means any natural or prepared physical location, whether originally below, on, or above the surface of the earth, into which as a part of the death rite or ceremony of a culture, individual human remains are deposited.

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.

  • Private Roads means Lateral Access Roads and the Company's access roads within a Railway Corridor;

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • School Site means the land set aside for each type of school, such as Elementary, Junior High, Senior High operated by the School Board, including but not limited to municipal school reserve;

  • private road means a road (not being a public road) which is either constructed by the Joint Venturers in accordance with their proposals as approved by the Minister hereunder or agreed by the parties to be a private road for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Private road or driveway means every way or place in private ownership and used for vehicular travel by the owner and those having express or implied permission from the owner, but not by other persons.

  • Archaeological site means a geographic locality in Washington, including but not limited to, submerged and submersible lands and the bed of the sea within the state's jurisdiction, that contains archaeological objects.

  • Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Additional Business Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;

  • Environmental Site Assessment means a Phase I environmental report meeting the requirements of the American Society for Testing and Materials, and, if in accordance with customary industry standards a reasonable lender would require it, a Phase II environmental report, each prepared by a licensed third party professional experienced in environmental matters.

  • Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.

  • Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3.

  • private land means any land that has been or may hereafter be alienated from the Crown for any estate of freehold, or is or may hereafter be the subject of any conditional purchase agreement, or of any lease or concession with or without a right of acquiring the fee simple thereof (not being a pastoral lease within the meaning of the Land Administration Act 1997 or a lease or concession otherwise granted by or on behalf of the Crown for grazing purposes only or for timber purposes or a lease of Crown land for the use and benefit of the Aboriginal inhabitants) but —

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;

  • Playground means any park or recreational area designed in part to be used by children that has play or sports equipment installed or that has been designated or landscaped for play or sports activities, or any similar facility located on public or private school grounds or on [City or County] grounds.

  • Additional Business Centre means any city specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Hospital purchaser/provider agreement (HPPA agreement) means a negotiated agreement entered between the fund and the hospital for the cost of hospital treatment.

  • Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;

  • Underground storage means storage of gas in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.
