Initial Synchronization definition

Initial Synchronization means the first generating unit of the Generating Facility is operating in parallel with Seller’s Transmission Provider and the first kWh of electric energy is measured by the CAISO Approved Meter or Check Meter.
Initial Synchronization means the initial delivery of Facility Energy to the DeliveryPoint.
