Seller agrees to reduce the amount of Facility Energy produced by the Facility and delivered to the Delivery Point, by the amount and for the period set forth in any Curtailment Order.
Such action may include, to the extent reasonably necessary, disconnecting and removing all or a portion of the Facility, or suspending the supply of Facility Energy.
During the Delivery Term, Seller shall sell and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase and receive from Seller, Buyer’s Fraction of Green Attributes attributable to the Facility Energy generated by the Facility.

Seller shall measure the amount of Facility Energy using the Facility Meters, which will be subject to adjustment in accordance applicable CAISO meter requirements and Prudent Operating Practices, including to account for Electrical Losses and Station Use.
