Trial Operations definition

Trial Operations means the operation of the Garden Reach Facilities and Tolly‟s Nallah Facilities on a trial basis for a period of 3 months from the Construction Completion Date or such longer period as may be determined in accordance with Article 7.14.
Trial Operations means the period following the Commercial Operations Date, during which the Interconnector is in the process of being handed over from the construction contractors to ElecLink. This period is likely to be approximately 4 months and may include a short planned outage.
