Initial Tranche Size definition

Initial Tranche Size means, with respect to any Collateral Loan, an amount equal to (a) if any delayed draw loan or incremental term loan issuance has been issued under the same credit document that has the same interest spread, maturity and seniority (such issuance an “Additional Tranche”), the sum of the principal amounts on the issuance date of the most recently issued Additional Tranche of (i) the aggregate tranche of such Collateral Loan plus (ii) the aggregate tranches of any Additional Tranches, and (b) if no Additional Tranche has been issued, the principal amount of the aggregate tranche of such Collateral Loan as of its original issuance date.
Initial Tranche Size means, with respect to any Collateral Asset, an amount equal to (a) if any delayed draw loan or incremental loan issuance has been issued (or with respect to a delayed draw debt obligation (or other similar debt obligation), may be issued) under the Related Documents that has the same interest spread, maturity and seniority (such issuance an “Additional Tranche”), the sum of the principal amounts, in each case, on the date of acquisition by the Borrower of (i) the aggregate tranche of such Collateral Asset plus (ii) the aggregate tranches of any Additional Tranches, and (b) if no Additional Tranche has been issued, the principal amount of the aggregate tranche of such Collateral Asset as of its date of acquisition by the Borrower; provided that for purposes of the calculation in (a) and (b) above, the Borrower may elect to use the date of origination, rather than the date of acquisition, of the Collateral Asset if it has provided written notice of this election to the Administrative Agent promptly following such acquisition.

Related to Initial Tranche Size

  • Initial Tranche means the first Tranche of a Series of ETP Securities issued.

  • Tranche C Commitment means, as to each Lender, its obligation to (a) make Committed Loans to TFA pursuant to Section 2.1(c) and (b) purchase participations in Swing Line Loans, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.1 as its “Tranche C Commitment” or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Incremental Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Existing Revolver Tranche has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(b).

  • Incremental Revolving Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Initial Revolving Facility means the Initial Revolving Credit Commitments and the Initial Revolving Loans and other extensions of credit thereunder.

  • Incremental Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Commitment Increase Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.08(e).

  • Incremental Term Loan Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Incremental Term Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Facility Limit means, $175,000,000, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the Aggregate Capital at such time.
