Initial Trust Property definition

Initial Trust Property means (a) the Depositor Transferred Property for the Closing Date, (b) the Issuer’s rights under the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, (c) the Issuer’s rights under the Cap Agreement, (d) all security entitlements relating to the Bank Accounts and the property deposited in or credited to any of the Bank Accounts, (e) all present and future claims, demands, causes of action and choses in action for any of the foregoing and (f) all payments on or under and all proceeds for any of the foregoing.
Initial Trust Property means the property and proceeds conveyed pursuant to Section 2.1.
Initial Trust Property means the sum of (GBP)100 (one hundred pounds) held on trust absolutely as to both capital and income by the Mortgages Trustee for the benefit of the Seller and Funding pursuant to Clause 2.1 (Initial Trust Property) of the Mortgages Trust Deed;

More Definitions of Initial Trust Property

Initial Trust Property means the sum of {pound-sterling}100 (one hundred pounds) held on trust absolutely as to both capital and income by the Mortgages Trustee for the benefit of the Seller and Funding pursuant to Clause 2.1 (Initial Trust Property) of the Mortgages Trust Deed;
Initial Trust Property means the property and proceeds conveyed pursuant to Section 2.1, together with all monies received with respect to the Initial Receivables after the Initial Cutoff Date, the Insurance Policies, the Collection Account (including all Eligible Investments therein and all proceeds therefrom), the Lockbox Account and certain other rights under this Agreement. Although the Seller has pledged the Series 2007-B Spread Account to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Spread Account Supplement, the Series 2007-B Spread Account shall not under any circumstances be deemed to be a part of or otherwise includable in the Trust or the Initial Trust Property.
