Reservation Fee definition

Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.
Reservation Fee means the amount specified as the reservation fee in the Schedule;
Reservation Fee means the fee to process an application to the point of a Determination which is equal to 8% Tax Credits Requested, for For-Profit and 6% for Non- profit Developers.

Examples of Reservation Fee in a sentence

  • Failure to pay the total Entrance Fee in full at Settlement, for reasons other than death, illness, injury or incapacity, will result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee and, if applicable, the Interim Payment, and the termination of this Agreement.

  • This payment reflects the remaining balance of the total Entrance Fee less the Reservation Fee and, if applicable, the Interim Payment.

More Definitions of Reservation Fee

Reservation Fee means that dollar amount that Developer will pay each month for each meter.
