Inquiry Only RPA means a law enforcement agency that has signed a Participant IGA with the City, providing Access to view System data but does not input any agency data into the System.
Inquiry Only RPA means an Agency that has signed this Agreement, providing Access to view and use some of a Party’s RMS data but does not input any agency data into that RMS.
