Inquiry means information gathering and initial fact finding to determine whether an allegation or apparent instance of misconduct warrants an investigation.
Free appropriate public education means special education and related services that are provided at public expense and under public supervision and direction, and without charge, meet the standards of the Department of Public Instruction, include an appropriate preschool, elementary or secondary school education; and are provided in conformity with an IEP.
Technically Qualified Bidder means a Bidder whose Techno-Commercial Bid is responsive and meets the requirements to the satisfaction of OMC as per terms and condition of the Bid document and is qualified for opening of its Price Bid;
Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.

Rating Agency Inquiry As defined in Section 4.5(d).
Responsive Offer or means an offer which conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the request for proposals. Material respects of a request for proposals include, but are not limited to price, quality, quantity or delivery requirements.
Eligible Representations means those representations identified within the “Tests” included in Schedule B.
Responsive Offeror means the Offeror who submits a Proposal that conforms in all material respects to this Request for Proposals, Instruction to Offerors and the Plans and Specifications which are incorporated herein by this reference.
Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.
Representation Letters means the representation letters and any other materials (including, without limitation, a Ruling Request and any related supplemental submissions to the IRS) delivered or deliverable by, or on behalf of, Parent, SpinCo and others in connection with the rendering by Tax Advisors and/or the issuance by the IRS of the Tax Opinions/Rulings.
Institutional Accredited Investor means an institution that is an "accredited investor" as that term is defined in Rule 501(a)(1), (2), (3) or (7) under the Securities Act.
Company Representations means the representations and warranties of the Company expressly and specifically set forth in Article IV of this Agreement, as qualified by the Schedules. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company Representations are solely made by the Company.
Contractors authorized to accompany the Force, or “CAAF,” means contractor personnel, including all tiers of subcontractor personnel, who are authorized to accompany U.S. Armed Forces in applicable operations and have been afforded CAAF status through a letter of authorization. CAAF generally include all U.S. citizen and third-country national employees not normally residing within the operational area whose area of performance is in the direct vicinity of U.S. Armed Forces and who routinely are collocated with the U.S. Armed Forces (especially in non-permissive environments). Personnel collocated with U.S. Armed Forces shall be afforded CAAF status through a letter of authorization. In some cases, Combatant Commander subordinate commanders may designate mission-essential host nation or local national contractor employees (e.g., interpreters) as CAAF. CAAF includes contractors previously identified as contractors deploying with the U.S. Armed Forces. CAAF status does not apply to contractor personnel in support of applicable operations within the boundaries and territories of the United States.
Enquiry the Customer instruction sent to the Dealer to obtain a currency quote. An enquiry does not imply the Customer’s obligation to open a trade.
Institutional pharmacy means the physical portion of an institutional facility that is engaged in the compounding, dispensing, and distribution of drugs, devices, and other materials, hereinafter referred to as ‘drugs’, used in the diagnosis and treatment of injury, illness, and disease and which is permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
Other Rating Agency Guidelines mean the guidelines provided by each Other Rating Agency, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with the Other Rating Agency’s rating of Senior Securities.
Well-Known Seasoned Issuer means a well-known seasoned issuer, as defined in Rule 405.
Additional Insolvency Opinion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.30(c) hereof.
Disclosure Undertaking means the Continuing Disclosure Undertaking, dated as of the Dated Date, relating to certain obligations contained in the SEC Rule.
Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.
Reasonable inquiry means an inquiry designed to uncover any information in the entity's possession about the identity of the producer or provider of covered telecommunications equipment or services used by the entity that excludes the need to include an internal or third-party audit.
Representation Letter Letters to, or agreements with, the Depository to effectuate a book entry system with respect to the Class A Certificates registered in the Register under the nominee name of the Depository.
Website of the Issuer means the Website(s) of the Issuer as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Institutional Client means a major commercial bank, corporation, insurance company, or substantially similar institution, which, as a substantial part of its business operations, purchases or sells securities and makes use of custodial services.
Institutional Review Board or “IRB” means, in accordance with 45 C.F.R. Part 46, 21 C.F.R. part 56, and other applicable regulations, an independent body comprising medical, scientific, and nonscientific members, whose responsibility is to ensure the protection of the rights, safety, and well-being of the Human Subjects involved in a study.
