Agency Data definition

Agency Data means the data, media and content provided by Agency through the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, the Agency Data will include the Footage.
Agency Data means all non-public data and information whether in written, verbal or electronic form, submitted or given access to CONTRACTOR by AGENCY, including without limitation information relating to AGENCY or AGENCY's customers', policy holders, claimants, underwriting rules or information, process and methods, customer data, Confidential Personal Information (CPI), financial data, suppliers, employees and employee information, technology, operations, facilities, consumer markets, products, capacities, systems, procedures, security practices, research, development, business affairs and finances, ideas, concepts, innovations, inventions, designs, business methodologies, improvements, trade secrets, copyrightable subject matter and other proprietary information.
Agency Data means information created and information stored by Agency through the System, and information that is created and collected by Contractor regarding Agency and its clients during the course of providing the Services, including Personal Information.

Examples of Agency Data in a sentence

  • Grantee has no right or license to use, analyze, aggregate, transmit, create derivatives of, copy, disclose, or process the System Agency Data except as required for Grantee to fulfill its obligations under the Grant Agreement or as authorized in advance in writing by System Agency.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Grantee is expressly prohibited from using, and from permitting any third party to use, System Agency Data for marketing, research, or other non-governmental or commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of System Agency.

  • Grantee shall make System Agency Data available to System Agency, including to System Agency’s designated vendors, as directed in writing by System Agency.

More Definitions of Agency Data

Agency Data means data, information, and content owned by Agency prior to the Effective Date, or which Agency provides during the Term of this Agreement for purposes of identifying authorized users, confirming agency or department information, or other purposes that are ancillary to receipt of the Service.
Agency Data means: the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are: supplied to the Contractor by or on behalf of the Agency; or which the Contractor is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Contract; and/or any Personal Data for which the Agency is the Data Controller, which may also be protectively marked in accordance with HMG Security Policy Framework.
Agency Data. [defined in Section 1 of the Contract] means information created and information stored by Agency through the Services, and information created and collected by Contractor regarding Agency and its clients during the course of providing the Services[, including Personal Information]. As specified in the Contract, Agency owns all Agency Data provided to or collected by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement. Agency grants Contractor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, world-wide license to use, copy, display, distribute, transmit and prepare derivative works of Agency Data only to fulfill the purposes of this Agreement. Agency’s license to Contractor is limited by the term of the Agreement and the confidentiality obligations of this Agreement. Prohibition on Data Mining. As specified in the Contract, Contractor shall not capture, maintain, scan, index, share or use Agency Data stored or transmitted by the Services, or otherwise use any data-mining technology, for any non-authorized activity and shall not permit its agents or subcontractors to do so. For purposes of this requirement, “non-authorized activity” means the data mining or processing of data, stored or transmitted through the Services, for unrelated commercial purposes, advertising or advertising-related purposes, or for any other purpose other than security analysis that is not explicitly authorized in this Agreement. Upon Agreement termination, Contractor shall comply with Contract Section 16.6, Return of Property, and ensure Agency will have access to Agency Data in accordance with the Transition Plan agreed upon under Contract Section 3.9.3.
Agency Data means all data processed by Agency which is not Advertiser Data and which Agency would otherwise collect and process independently of the provision of the Services to Advertiser.
Agency Data means any data and/or information relating to Agency or its Clients provided directly or indirectly to the Supplier or its employees or created by or generated by the Client’s or by Agency’s use of the Work;
Agency Data means collectively, Real Time Traffic Signal Data, Traffic Signal Timing Data, and any other data provided to TTS by Agency under this Agreement.
