Inspected State Party definition

Inspected State Party means the State Party on whose territory or in any other place under its jurisdiction or control an inspection pursuant to this Convention takes place, or the State Party whose facility or area on the territory of a Host State is subject to such an inspection; it does not, however, include the State Party specified in Part II, paragraph 21 of this Annex.

Examples of Inspected State Party in a sentence

  • The inspecting State Party shall notify the inspected State Party of its intention to carry out an inspection provided for in Article XIV of the Treaty.

  • Requested State means the State (Armenia or one of the Member States) to which a readmission application pursuant to Article 8 or a transit application pursuant to Article 15 of this Agreement is addressed;

  • The Procuring Entity means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in the SCC.

  • Affected source means a source that includes one or more affected units.

  • Manufactured in the United States means produced by a process in which the manufacturing, final assembly, processing, packaging, testing, and any other process that adds value, quality, or reliability to assembled articles, materials, or supplies, occur in the United States.

  • United States central authority means the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

  • Approved program or approved State means a State administered NPDES program which has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123.

  • Auditing Party means the Party conducting an audit of the Audited Party’s books, records, data and other documents.

  • Tax Filing Authorised Person means such person as any Director shall designate from time to time, acting severally.

  • State licensing authority means the authority created for the purpose of regulating and controlling the licensing of the cultivation, manufacture, distribution, and sale of Medical Marijuana and Retail Marijuana in Colorado, pursuant to section 12-43.3-201, C.R.S.

  • Originating Party means the Party, including any entity which provides Classified Information in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in its state;
